Please find my detailed feedback about the travel below.

To start with I would like to thank and appreciate for the instant response and follow ups done from your front for making this trip possible.

1. I do agree the last minute notifications could have coated more but it would have been more appreciable with the detailed split up bill like for accommodation this is the cost and for travel is so. Kindly let me know the price charged for the cab for those 3 days.

2. Either us or the driver was notified with clear address of the resort ,thus we ended up in topslip checkpost directly even before hotel check in which is actually located near sethumadai.

3. The cots villa resort is located in a beautiful backdrop but that place is not ideally suited for family as we could see lot of alcoholic guests around. The place is filled with insects and poorly maintained walls. We faced severe power cut on the first day and we hardly slept for 2 hours after a tiresome journey. The manager was not picking the calls on the second day when power cuts happened. No one were present in office when we checked out thus we had to pay the food bill to the helper there and returned even without bills provided and also we felt its not worth the money paid. Even WiFi provided had no internet connectivity half the time .

For a scale of 5 I would rate 1.5 overall.

Please don't recommend family to that resort.

4. The resort booked at pollachi was seriously the best. Hospitality,service and other amenities was top notch. The only drawback was pricing for availing the amenities or at restaurant. Please recommend this resort for future bookings for people wishing to tour topslip or valparai.

5. The driver Mr. Manikandan who was with us during our trip was very friendly and helped us in reaching out to almost all the places as per schedule. But he is new to that landscape, kindly check with the travel agency for future bookings to assign drivers for the trip who knows well about the spots to avoid time wastage in checking for directions from the natives.

So overall I would like to thank once again each and every one of you for the support provided. As mentioned we do feel we have paid more than just a bit more for the services we enjoyed. Kindly send me the split up as per category.

I am a Google local guide contributor myself so would replicate my reviews in google forums as well. I would refer travel ahead for my friends as well may be after couple of trips myself with your agency.

Message:Thank you so much travels ahead Chennai for this lovely package...we all really enjoyed... Food was really tasty ND nice... Bus was awesome... Rooms were neat ND clean...both guides in Singapore ND Malaysia were friendly... I will definitely suggest my frnds nd family to choose travels ahead... Thank u Mr Shashidharan for taking care of everything, attending our calls every time for all d queries... It was lovely being part of ur travels... Will definitely call u for our next trip

First i would like to thank you very much for arranging such a wonderful trip to thailand....
All services were excellent, our schedule was well organized and always punctual. We enjoyed our trip very much. The hotels were class with full comfort and good.
But, eventhough we were having lot of time, we missed to visit lot of places in pattaya such as floating market, Ripley's belive it or not, Ramayana water park etc..It would be more enjoyable if you must have added those places in our package.
Thanks for making our tour awesome and memorable. I have shared this information with my friends too for their future reference.

Message:3 days 2 nights trip to Mysore - Coorg from our office. Very good service from the beginning to ending. Nice hospitality in home stay with tasty food. Friendly driver made our journey pleasant. We covered all the places in package without any stress. Really unforgettable moment. Thanks to travel ahead. :)

Message:Went to Yelagiri last week, the hotel, vehicle and all arrangements are special. The only thing is we don't have music in the campfire. Other than that everything is well planned. We visited Coorg last year that is fantastic. They are doing good job. Keep up the good work..

Thank you very much for arranging our Singapore / Malaysia tour from 10/4 to 16/4 and i am pleased to inform you that the tour was well coordinated by local guides(Mr.Sridhar / Mr.Rajendran at Singapore and Mr.Bharatidasan at Malaysia).The tour guides were very cordial, flexible in planning, punctual,knowledgeable and courteous. My family and i enjoyed the trip and look forward for more such tours.

Message:Our Munnar trip from 8th Oct - 11 Oct was good except for one issue. Santosh provided us ticket from Chennai to Ernakulam Junction and asked us to get down at ernakulam junction and wait for the driver. But the Trivandrum express for which we were booked did not go to ernakulam junction. So we missed getting down at ernakulam and reached Kottayam. At 4:00 AM had to pleassd with the car driver to come to kottayam and pick us up to Munnar. Also had to bear the extra charge from kottayam to Munnar. Santosh also did not respond properly when I contacted him while returning back. This was bad planning and coomunication from Santosh. Have to take additional care when dealing with Santosh :'(

Message:Greetings ! Hi, This is Gowrisankar, availed your Cochin, Munnar,Alappuzha package trip during 10th - 16th May 10.


It was a fine experience availed in my life. This has been experienced but with your prompt support/ arrangement only. The coordination, dealings and arrangements done by you, were so prompt and excellent.


Especially viewing the kerala villages by travelling in a car was a fine experience and was the highlight, to point out, here.
